I gave this supplement to my little girl  Bella (10 weeks old) and older family dog (13 years old). Bella loved the nugget and wanted to eat the whole thing. However she can’t because the guideline is one nugget per 5 pounds…she’s just over a pound. My older dog was hesitate at first, he’s a picky eater. I actually put the nugget in a bag of treats he liked so the smell would transfer to the supplement and it worked. After that he loved them. The nugget is soft so it can be used as both a whole treat or it can be crumbled up into your dogs food. Some benefits of the supplement include a healthy skin and coats, increased energy, and overall wellness. The price is reasonable at only $16.75 for the smaller jar. If you have a small breed this should last you awhile.

What I reviewed:
The quest products are wonderful. It really satisfies my sweet tooth cravings without feeling guilty after (craving peanut cups were my favorite). There is not one junk ingredient in these products. The carb count is low and the protein is 20 grams! I don’t know how they do it but there is no sugar added, yet it  has a sweetness to them. These bars are certainly two thumbs up in my book!

Aurorae Micro-Fiber Yoga Towel 
This is  a great addition to your yoga equipment. The towel is made from high quality material and is super absorbent. I use mine on the carpet and it provides a worry-free, slip-free surface to work on. The yoga towel is light and portable; making it easy to use anyway. When not using for yoga this towel can be utilized many other ways as well! Great size as well (72″ x 24″).

A wonderful candle to use during meditation or any moment you want to find contentment. The 100% soy wax is safe to use and non-toxic. I absolutely loved the fresh smell of lavender this product brought. Lavender is a very calming and soothing aroma. Awake your mind, body, and soul.

What I reviewed:

I received the DVD Yoga for Real Beauty. I decided to try this yoga in the morning right to wake up with a new yoga routine. When the session was going I was a little taken a back. This is a type of yoga I have never tried before and I don’t know if I would try it again. There is a lot of repetitive motions (waving hands, raising hands, kissing palms).  There was also a lot of singing and chanting that I am not use to.  Overall, I don’t feel like this form of yoga is something I would want to practice on a regular basis. On a positive note the women who lead the Kundalinin yoga was upbeat and alive with action!

What I love about this product:

Love the feel of this long sleeve shirt. It’s unbelievable soft; I just want to wear it all the time! The outer top is airy and light. The inner shirt is a vibrant coral that really compliments my skin tone. This shirt gets two thumbs up! The only downside is it seems it wrinkle easily but it’s no biggie.

What I Reviewed:
